Imagine spending a few beautiful fall days surrounded by colorful autumn trees, good food, quilting projects, and great company. Come join us for a Quilting Retreat at Camp Vermilion’s Voyageur Lodge, nestled in the beautiful Northwoods of Minnesota!
Whether you’re coming with longtime quilting friends or looking forward to meeting new ones, this retreat is a wonderful opportunity to slow down, sew, share ideas, laugh together, and simply enjoy some time away.
🧵 Choose the schedule that works for you!
Full Retreat – $400 (Stay Wednesday through Sunday and enjoy lodging and meals for the entire retreat.)
Shorter Stay – $120 per night (Perfect if you can only join us for part of the retreat or need to leave early.)
Day Guest – $70 per day (Come for the day and enjoy the quilting, fellowship, and meals.)
The first meal will be Wednesday supper, and the retreat concludes with Sunday brunch. Two meals will be served each day—brunch and supper—with a light afternoon snack.

Camp Vermilion Work Day! Join us May 16 2026 as we work on getting our sites prepared for summer! Come with a group from your congregation to work on your sponsored cabin or come individually. There is something for everyone!

Join us for our 2025 Annual Meeting on Saturday, February 21st, 2026. The meeting will start at 10AM and registration will start prior at 9:30 AM.

We are Excited to invite you to our Voyageurs Canoe Country Reunion! A chance to reconnect with old friends and bond over shared experiences of leading groups out into the BWCAW.
Cost for the Event:
$150 for the weekend- this includes Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner on Saturday along with Breakfast on Sunday. Housing is also included, housing will be assigned on a first come basis by the VLM staff. If wanting single housing or housing as a couple. Housing may be in the border lake cabins based on numbers.
Event Highlights:
Spend the weekend at Camp Vermilion, including optional activities such as sauna’s, trips with the North Canoes, Fellowship, Campfire, and more.
