"Watch them Flourish"

Work continues on the dining hall at Camp Vermilion. The roof is three-quarters complete. The trail shack has been insulated, the plastic 6ml poly has been attached, and plywood has been installed for durability. The fireplace stonework is complete in the basement, ready for the fireplace to be installed. The shelves and the wood box around that fireplace were crafted from the white pine that stood in front of the office.

The stonework in the dining hall will be installed Monday. The interior of the dining hall has been installed with poly and purlins in preparation for the board and batten. In the kitchen all the poly-work is complete and sheetrock is being hung today so that soon we can blow in insulation. We also have just received the tongue-and-groove for basement walls, so skilled volunteers are needed to install the tongue-and-groove next week. Please contact me at 218-391-3690 to sign up.
